Blake Sallé is the Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Cisco's Emerging Technologies Group. Under his leadership, this group is responsible for cultivating sales through a unique go to market strategy that will generate $1 billion worth of revenue in 5 to 7 years through a steady stream of new businesses and adjacent markets. Sallé is currently leading Cisco's advancement into Digital Signage, Desktop Video, IP Collaboration, and Video Surveillance markets.
Previously, Sallé was responsible for Cisco's US & Canada Information Security business. His team generated $1.14 Billion in revenue in 2007 growing the business 22 percent annually during his tenure. Prior to this role, he led Cisco's Enterprise Sales teams in the Mid-Atlantic to over $284 Million in revenues.
Sallé has more than 14 years of experience in the communications, software, and medical industry. He has been at Cisco for 9 years leading successful sales teams, including key wins in the Retail and Energy & Gas verticals valued at over $100 million and $1.1 billion, respectively. Sallé was also a member of key sales teams at Parametric Technology Corporation and Johnson & Johnson.
Sallé holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He is married and has two young children. He enjoys spending time with his family, snow skiing, hunting, fishing, and supporting the Texas Longhorns.
