Ilias Aliev was born in 1968 in Moscow. He graduated from Philological faculty of the Moscow state university of M.V.Lomonosov in 1992, the candidate of sciences.
Since 1990, Ilias works in the human resources field.
In 1992 Ilias got a position of HR manager in "Tetra Pak/Tetra Laval".
Since 1995 in Pathways plc he became the senior adviser.
In 2001 Ilias was already working on one of the administrative positions in «Troika Dialog». And from 2002 he is a Human Resources Director, President's Adviser and a Member in the Board of Directors in Rosgosstrakh.
Ilias is a member in Association of managers and Professional association of personnel managers, the author of articles on the subject of organizational development and human resources management.
