Nadezhda Filippova was born on August 25, 1953 in Moscow.
In 1975 she graduated from the I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical Institute.
After graduation she performed research and teaching activities in the same Institute, defended a doctoral thesis, and acted as senior lecturer in the Pharmacy Management and Economic Department.
Through 1993-1995 she worked as a consulting instructor of the International Management School ТМI-Russia.
From 1995-1996 she held the appointment of Director for Development of the Lanit company.
In 1996 she worked as Senior Advisor of Interconnect Communications company. Through 1997-2000 Ms. Filippova headed the training center of East Line Group of Companies.
During 2001-2002 she held the position of HR Director at Rusagro Group of Companies and then in 2002-2006 she acted as Executive Director - Director of Human Resources Management Department at Svyazinvest Holding.
In 2006 Ms. Filippova jointed VTB24. Currently she holds the position of Senior Vice-President, Head of HR and Corporate Development Division of VTB24.
