GOOD2WORK does not claim ownership of participant's content made available for inclusion on publicly available areas of our web site. However, with respect to content participants make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of our web site, participant grants GOOD2WORK the following worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license(s), as applicable:
•·With respect to photos, graphics, audio or video you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of GOOD2WORK.COM, the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on GOOD2WORK.COM solely for the purpose for which such content was submitted or made available. This license exists only for as long as participant elects to continue to display such content on our web site and will terminate at the time participant removes or GOOD2WORK removes such content from the site.
•·With respect to content other than photos, graphics, audio or video you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of GOOD2WORK.COM, the perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such content into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed.
"Publicly accessible" areas are those areas of the GOOD2WORK.COM that are intended by GOOD2WORK to be available to the general public - content classified as ‘Global' by Good2Work editors will be automatically displayed in such areas (see Privacy Policy for detail).
Same as above licenses limited to the audience of registered community participants only are granted by each participant to GOOD2WORK in respect of any content classified as ‘Community'.
