Content Rules and Disclaimer

GOOD2WORK controls only the content posted by editorial staff of GOOD2WORK. All other content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the participant from whom such content originated. This means that participant, and not GOOD2WORK, is entirely responsible for all content that participant uploads, posts, emails, transmits or otherwise makes available via our web site.

Accuracy and validity of the editorial content is controlled by our Content Validation Policy. As far as the participant’s content is concerned we try to take any effort to encourage participants to produce and display only high quality content relevant to the purpose of the community. However GOOD2WORK does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of participant’s content.

Our rules of participants admission target at letting to join only people who are good to work with. However, participants should understand that despite our best efforts they may be exposed to content they may deem offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will GOOD2WORK be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, e-mailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via our web site.

Participants agree not to use GOOD2WORK.COM to:

1) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that:

a) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

b) participant does not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);

c) infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;

2) harm minors in any way;

3) impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a GOOD2WORK staff representative, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent their affiliation with a person or entity;

4) forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted or displayed via our web site;

5) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas that are designated for such purpose and in form and content approved by the GOOD2WORK;

6) upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment including spyware of any kind;

7) disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in exchanges and interactions;

8) interfere with or disrupt the web site or servers or networks connected to the web site, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;

9) intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable law and any regulations having the force of law;

10) provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any terrorist organization;

11) "stalk" or otherwise harass another; and/or

12) collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs 1 through 11 above.

GOOD2WORK may or may not pre-screen content posted or published in a way that other visitors or participants can see it at our site, but GOOD2WORK shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any content that is available to other visitors or participants (except the ‘owner’ of the content) to see at our site. Without limiting the foregoing, GOOD2WORK shall have the right to remove any content that violates the community rules and this conduct or is otherwise objectionable. Participants agree that they must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.

GOOD2WORK may disclose your participant information other than the information you have to voluntarily disclose to other participants for admission and continuity of membership and your private content only if required to do so by law.
