Noritsugu Uemura General Manager, Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. Moscow branch

Noritsugu Uemura was born in Japan in 1957. In 1980 he graduated from Kobe University (Economics Dept.) and joined Mitsubishi Electric Corporation. His first assignment in the company was LVS marketing and Strategic Planning at Marketing Department of Mitsubishi Electric Nagoya Works.

In 1984 - 1985 Noritsugu Uemura worked as Assistant Marketing Manager at Mistubishi Electric Sales America Inc., Industrial Machinery Department.  

In 1985 he returned to Mitsubishi Electric Nagoya Works Marketing Department as Overseas Supply Chain Manager of several different products. From 1992 to 1996 he held a position of Marketing manager for Industrial Automation sector.

In 1996 Noritsugu Uemura moved to Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. corporate department in Ratingen (Germany) as Product Marketing Director of Pan-European Factory Automation Business where he worked up to 2002.

In 2002 Noritsugu Uemura returned to Japan and continued his work at Mitsubishi Electric Corporation office in Tokyo, where he as General manager was engaged in industrial automation overseas marketing and later in industrial automation marketing strategic planning.

Since October 2007 Noritsugu Uemura holds a position of General Manager of Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. Moscow Representative Office, as well as General Manager of Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. Moscow, Yekaterinburg and St. Petersburg branches.
