The Interview Details
Our associate is taking the interview together with an associate who takes the video, edits and prepares the video & text packages for the reporter's and afterwards participant's approval.
The interview normally lasts about one hour. Associate is asking questions about person's strongest (or most important) leadership competencies (traits). We ask participant to name a competency, to describe it and to give some examples. We also ask about values and ask to give examples of value based behavior.
Then we prepare 2-3 packages of short clips. Each package has a common subject usually a competency or a set of values.
We put them into a private group at our site and provide you with an account to get access to this content for your review. Upon your approval we publish the package at our site and send an alert to the registered users.
